I just installed with the latest installer.
I get the following error when trying to install a theme.

ERROR: complete OTS version info. not found in theme.rc, exiting

theme was not installed

I am pretty sure that the theme is ost2.

Apparently, the Longhorn theme wasn't done correctly, and someone is fixing it. Come back in a day or two and re-download it.
