none of those themes supports destop icons?

If you would have read back through the forums you would have found 3 other people with the same problem and the explanation. LiteStep does not give you desktop icons.

noobs don't read before they write :P

hm litestep should add that feature

deskfolder.dll -- it's a replacement desktop icon module, or so i've heard. me, i laugh every time i get on one of the computers at my college. weak explorer POS's...

one day i will get sysadmin priveledges and they will find their computers altered....

your desktop is just another folder, andi. it's a visual crutch. add a dynamic folder in 2k/xp pointing to your documents and settings\current user\desktop and you will have your precious desktop back.

use $Desktop$ isntead of that folder path. At least then it will change with each user. Also...deskfolders does not permit the normal usage of the desktop; drag & drop, icon movement, etc...

i wonder if it will be possible to display the explorer desktop with LSBrowser.dll ... i´ll try. not that i would use that though.
