which languages are supported?

u mean an installer in german? cause there ain't much more to translate. the language used in a theme is decided by the themer. if u want to convert a theme then go ahead :) contact the themer too so he/she could maybe release it next time ;)

not really a installer, but at my first try with the shell i recongnized that the menu is english, but ive got a german win2k OS :)
..think you are right with your post, i should go to a skinner and ask him

well, it depends on the theme. if it's mostly text-based (labels and stuff) it should be fairly easy, but gfx can be trickier, especially if there are no origial files (like .psd for photoshop). but no, it shouldn't be hard to change :)
