i'm new to ls with some problem i hope someone can help

can i click on a task in the taskbar and switch to that task in other virtual desktops?

like i have photoshop in VW #1 and then i move my self into VW #3 with a notepad open then i click on the photoshop task while im in VW #3 I don't switch to VW#1 with photoshop read for me to click away!!?!??!?!?

also can I move between VM with mouse cursor? like in Nix?
i'm used to draging windows across VM, and moving between VM with a swing of the mouse to the edge..........

1 - remove the line VWMNoSwitchOnFocus from your step.rc

thanx, should have read docs on VWM and not taskbar modules!!!!

i actually could not get VWMautoswitch to work in vwm2.dll , nor in rabidvwm.dll. The docs kinda say they can't do it.

so i endup with sysvwm.dll and autoswitching works fine

hey... if you are using sysvwm, use ckvwm instead, it is the same thing, except more recent and still developed... it should just be a drop-in replacement
