I just downloaded and installed litestep, not any special theme. Im pretty happy with it as is, but there is one thing.

The title bar for a window, the text on it changed to white - so with a silver bg to the titlebar, its hard to read. Then, one time, when i opened a window, IE maybe, it went to the dark blue color, matching the theme, and the bottons, like close/minimize/max/ changed, also to match the theme. However, it changed back.

So, i ask you, what do i do to fix this, i guess so the titlebars match. Thanks.

LoadModule "$modulesdir$syscolor.dll"

hum, i guess you've got to read some docs...
look for a file named step.rc (it's plain text file; not a binary one)

cani take away a hotkey command?

yeah, you really need to read the docs. seriously.
*sighs in defeat* just look in hotkeys.rc. if it's a theme specific hotkey, it would be in (one of) the theme's configs.

very easy, but you have to be patient and don't have to be afraid to read a lot...

the best way (imho) is to download other people's themes for a while, mod them to suit your needs, and after you become comfortable doing that, just start your own theme from scratch.
