I am very new to LS and am having a few problems running it on my sys. my sys specs are p4 2.4ghz. 1gb of ram, 80gb hd. the problem is that whenever i attempt to interact with the program, ie right click, switch workspace, etc..it either freezes up on me or severely lags my system. is there a specific reason why that happens? and if so, how can i fix it? any help would be greatly appreciated.

second question is are there any tutorials, web sites or communities directly aimed at a new user of ls? if so a few links would also be appreciated. i guess thats all. thx in advance.

Oddly enough, yes. It's difficult to spot but there's a thread called "Tutorials" hidden under "Important Topics" in this very forum.

Popup menu with icons ?
What kind of RightClick ? In explorer ? On a Popup ?
Do you have Office XP installed ?

i got it working..apparently my mods were out of date. got em updated and its working well now. just working with how the shell works and getting familiar with the code. thx though..=)
