What did you do after you installed the theme ? If you were in explorer and set LS as your shell, then you would have to log off or restart the computer to have LS start up. If you are in Litestep, can go to a lsxcommand box and type !recycle, or do the hotkey that is binded to !recycle, and I also beleive that you can go to the !about box and select !bang commands, can double click on !recycle and have it do it for you. If that doesn't help, let us know what you have done or what it does. Because we cannot see what is on your screen you know :-D

You cannot even type ctrl-alt-del and run lscp or lsts? If you do this, you can turn back to Simplicity (which works fine), and edit your new theme in order to see what's going on. That's what I do when such a thing occurs...
Hope to be useful :)

eternal blue : don't reformat, it's not needed, go to http://lsdocs.shellfront.org/ and get some information on LS, it explains about !bang commands, they are just simple commands that do certain tasks. What OS do you have btw, so we can help you with getting back into Windows and get you on your feet with LS.

Re-format? Assuming you used the ots installer, just press ctrl+alt+f1, click run, run X:\litestepFolder\lsts.exe and choose simplicity. Otherwise, to get back to the explorer shell ('normal windows'), supply us with the name of your operating system (win98/winxp/qnx), or try run--> "X:\litestep\litestep.exe" -uninstall
