Woah, OTS v2.0!

Sorry, i can't really explain what is this since i'm not a expert in Litestep...But the website below looks really nice and there seems to have lots of new developments!

that's the new open theme standard which should be implemented in the next omar's installer. it should make ls completely multi-user shell (on multi-user os) and use netloadmodule to avoid duplicates of modules on your comp. there will also be more minor changes which should make things a bit more controlled to make ls more (end-)user friendly.

currently most of the themers use ots1, which is a previous version of the standard.

Hum, I've just finished to convert my actual theme to OTS2. It's working right, but I had to switch back to Indiestep because it seem that NetLoadModule2 is making .24.7 crashing (at least on my system: Win2K SP4)
