Hi, I noticed that the only themes I can use are the ones that are deemed "OTS compliant" anyway, all the cool themes I have are NOT OTS compliant so none of them work and it saddens me cause I have some really cool ones, my question is, is there anyway I can get not OTS compliant themes to work, and how? yes there is a way, heavy modification (sometimes)

Any theme should be able to be modified to become OTS. As JamezPR said, it may need heavy modification. Refer to http://ls-ots.cjb.net/ to learn how the theme should be structured to make it OTS.
