Is it possible to have one picture for the main popup, and a different pic for the sub-popups?

If by picture, you mean background, then no it is not possible.

The only detailing you can do is use *Popup !PopupImage [image] (I think). It used to be used to fake some stuff but is rarely used nowadays.

actually you could do the main menu using popup2.dll and the others using bpopup2.dll or vice-versa ;)
