The link to the "Acceptable Use Policy" when you sign up seems to be dead. What exactly did I agree to? Is it just "no swearing in forums" or as extreme as the "people who own the site can buy their mama that new Porsche with your credit card"?

no...it will be all normal stuff. jugg was working on it then he left the country...when he comes back he can finish it.
