RabidVWM.dll error in Gamma theme Thread last updated on 2004-03-15 07:12:13

I receive a blank error message with only the following path as a title when running the "Gamma v0.7 beta 18" theme:

..\Litestep\themes\Gamma\RabidVWM.dll

I double-checked that the module is present and looked through my "modules" section of step.rc (see below) bit can't find the problem.

;---------
; MODULES
;---------

LoadModule "$LiteStepDir$desktop2.dll"
LoadModule "$LiteStepDir$popup2.dll"
LoadModule "$LiteStepDir$hotkey.dll"
LoadModule "$LiteStepDir$systray2.dll"
LoadModule "$ModulesDir$label.dll"
LoadModule "$ModulesDir$lswchanger.dll"
LoadModule "$ModulesDir$lsxcommand.dll"
LoadModule "$ModulesDir$lsbox.dll"
LoadModule "$ModulesDir$mzscript.dll"

Could it be the module itself?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thx

what version of ls you're using?

btw if anyone wonders why rabidvwm is not loaded, it actually is, but with !reloadmodule in script.

the same happens to me. I load gamma theme using lsts. everything goes in place but then the rabidvwm.dll error message shows up. There's no text in the text box, just the yellow error triangle w/ a black exclamation point. After that, all the modules/stuff in place turns off.

are u using .24.7? rabidvwm and some other modules don't work with it sadly. use latest indiestep instead.

rabidvwm works fine with 24.7 (currently running v1.01 on 24.7b3), you just have to move some settings around.

You guys have it easy. I couldn't get the clock, winamp, vwm, OR calendar to come up.
