Internet Explorer Won't Maximise Correctly Thread last updated on 2003-07-22 00:02:01

I'm currently experiancing this with my Glaze 1.1 theme. I don't know when this glitch occured but I'm sure it wasn't doing it originally. My desktop area is set like so
jDeskWorkArea "0,20,0,-20"

But when I maximise IE (and only IE) it fills an area like "0,35,0,0". If I toggle the size of my desktop to "0,0,0,0" IE will fill an area like "0,15,0,0". Does anyone know what could be causing this? It's very annoying.

sorry doc, haven't had a problem like that before. Do you have the most recent version of jdesk? And, have you tried using desktop2 instead??

afaik you should have it as
jDeskWorkArea positive,positive,negative,negative

tried -0? not sure.

jDeskWorkArea "0,-20,0,-20"

"left (positive) , right (negative) , top (positive) , bottom (negative)" values :)

you've put the right space in a positive value, so your space moves ot on the right screen :)

Actually the order changed in 0.7+

If you're using the old, non-multimonitor version, it's left, right, top, bottom. If you're using the new version it's left, top, right, bottom.

If I had been paying attention, I would have kept the old order, but the latter makes more sense to me anyway :/
