Is there a .DLL that tints images & Modules? Thread last updated on 2003-07-20 01:50:37

Ive been wondering if anyone has made a module that tints images and moduels other than LsTransparent.dll. that module is outdated and not very many options come with it.
I need it for a color mode switcher I am making. I dont want to make folders with 72 differently tinted color schemes. Winamp3 has this ability, I was wondering if there was a LS module that did the same?

Check out grdmagick.dll.
Btw, if you are on 2k/XP you should use grdtransparent instead of lstransparent as it's a lot faster.

also grtransparent updates its transparency ie if you move a transparent popup it wont take that backgound with it. weird how lstransparent dosent....

I dont know if you mean transparent(know) or magick(dont know) so:

to make a popup transparent i have this in my script:
*grdTransparent popup2 184 0

for shortcut2:
I dont think it works... just tried it.

Anybody?

lstransparent uses fake transparency, grdtransparent uses real transparency.

shortcut2 does not work with grdmagick because it tries to be clever. Use something else for shortcuts.

Hopefully litestep will get bitmap filters someday.
