Humm, I think the request area is intend to handle requests. I means functionalities to add to modules or ideas for new modules.

If you don't want to see that nice forum be spoiled by "everything lying everywhere", just put your "requests" in the right place: there's some "theme" and "code" section

Requests should be people asking for something to be created and Code should only be code examples...nothing else.
