I want to know if there is a theme with both LSmail and LSnotes besides IvoryEX

Go to the link, download the LSNotes dll, add configuration info into your step.rc, recycle litestep, and voila.

I would try to answer, but I'm not sure what you're asking...
Do you mean a prompt, like an lscommand or other litestep module driven prompt?

like in IvoryEX where u just click on the desktop and a cmd thingy comes up where u can write fx !newnote

Well, you can go to http://loose-screws.com/modules.php?cat=8, find a good module (LSXCommand and LSCommand are pretty popular), configure it, and there you go. They're relatively simple to set up.
