That's the theme. I was taking Simplicity apart, and I finally had it done (so I thought). So I changed the evars around, puts credits to me, and gave it the proper directory name...it just does nothing.
Litestep.exe gets to 1.5MB and sits there, no errors or anything. What did I screw up for this to happen?

You deleted the old .thm file. Either copy over the old one or fix your version. And get the patched LSTS.

Whoops. I figured it was something simple, but when nothing happens, it's actually frustrating. Error messages at least tell me what I screwed up, if not how.

you could always switch to a straight build. no need for silly .thm files there.

The .thm files have nothing to do with the build you're using but rather with LSTS. So even if you're using LSTS with a non-OTS setup you'll need a proper .thm file.
