I use LiteStep on a Windows XP Pro machine; service pack 1. When LiteStep is running, the cursor automatically moves to a random spot on the screen all on its own every 5 minutes or so. This gets particularly annoying when trying to play Sim City 4, because it causes the game to "zoom out" along with moving the cursor. It has also caused me to mis-click tons of things because it would move to the random spot right when I am about to click.

Is this a bug in LiteStep? Is there anyway to get my cursor to STOP moving on its own?

It does this on all themes. I am clueless about this. It just happened as I type this. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next official version of LiteStep. I thank you all for your help.

Are you sure it's not a problem with your mouse or mouse drivers? I know my mouse would have little fits when running windows 2000. Now I'm running XP it seems to be gone.

try installing the latest intellipoint drivers, see if that helps.

it may not have anything to do with litestep. if it's wireless, make sure you don't have anything that's interfering with the signal.
