Can someone please teach me how to make themes because im a newbie at this stuff and it doesnt look that hard. So if anyone got time just reply back, and tell me how i can make a them.....Thanks

Note that the second link is an old tutorial and if you follow everything they do your theme will not be OTS compliant. But it should give you a starting point

WTF PEOPLE!? Do you even look at what the category is about?

you obviously don't look at the fucking category titles because you would have found "Themes"
