I found out why I was not able to switch themes all the time and why LiteStep kept on crashing as well. I use several utilities for various purposes which are incompatible with LiteStep (one of which is HistoryKill). Because I am not willing to remove those utilities, I have uninstalled LiteStep from my computer. For all those who have given, or tried to give, me help in valiant attempts to try to solve my problems with LiteStep, I thank you. May you have better luck with the other nOObs.
