Is there a way to set a shortcut below everything, but above application/document windows? Thanks!

Oh, I'm using layercut.dll...but, aside from the alphatransparency support, the setup seems very similar.

Something that is below EVERYTHING can't be above something; except in the twilight zone

below how everything? you must use the ontop flag anyway (was it #T?). if below other shortcuts then it must be the last shortcut loaded (or was it vice-versa w/ layercut?) and all the shortcuts above it must have the ontop-flag too. and use the #K flag if you want it to be just a background image.

Sorry for being unclear. I have a shortcut that I'd like to be below all my other shortcuts, but on top of application windows. The problem I'm having with T flag is that when the shortcut is clicked, it moves on top of all my other shortcuts, which I definately do not want. Is there anyway around this? Thanks!

as i said, use the #K-flag.
