well it's up to the themer if he/she uploads different skins with the theme. some themes include 'em, some don't. and if you really want a matching skin, it's not so hard to copy-paste the graphics and make the skin by yourself ;)

i don't kow how to make skins for winamp and others things like wmp, i have the non|step skin, and there isn't much to it besides a 'bar'. i like the skin and want stuff to go with it :\ but i do understand what you are saying

There's a non|step winamp skin at the winamp site.

You really don't need it for that LS theme, tho...just press "amp" on the bar and you have all the winamp controls.

replace the loadmodule line for desktop2.dll with one for icondesk.dll in your step.rc, download icondesk, and read the docs to find out how to configure it

modifying LS themes isn't that hard once take a look. Download icondesk.dll. It contains all the documentation you need. If it's still not clear after you've done this, come back and ask for more help.

Damn... beat to the response by 1 minute :)

Don't you still need a desktop module when using IconDesk? Or did you mean IconDesktop?

i am confused. where do i download icondesk.dll and how do i open a .dll if it has 'instructions' inside?

Download from http://www.loose-screws.com.

You will be downloading a ZIP file that contains a dll and a doc :)
