Im a real newbie to this program but i still like to use my own things. Is there any guides on howto make you own themes?

The best way is not to create a complete new theme, just take one you like and change this to your own hearts. there you learn much more about how to use the settings, creatings if-loops and stuff like that. to start complete new is harder. or use LSTM, there is a preset ots step.rc loaded with the most needed modules in doaloges. there you can play and try out.

I dont think LiteStep Theme Maker isnt quite simple enought for us noobies as it asks for many things which are unknown to use noobies.

you don't need to specify the red ones, as stated in the lstm's tutorial.
