OK, just to begin with, I'm new, so don't be surprised if I sound like I don't know what I'm talking about, becauase I don't. I do, however, know what I want to do. I want to put a task pane on the side of my desktop that stays there and loads when I start my computer. It would be like quick-launch, only in a sidebar and would break down into categories with links to my different programs. In this way I could have one-click access to all the programs I would want to start. Programs running would not cover this module. I think that a wharf is what I need, but I have not been able to use the referenced bang commands and bring it up in the simplicity theme. I downloaded the updated stuff including the wharf.dll file, and I know I configure wharf.dll from base.rc, but I don't know how to make it come up in the first place. I tried searching the forums and didn't have any luck, except for finding that I needed the wharf.dll file. Please correct me if I'm wrong about needing to bring up and configure a wharf module, but if I'm right, please advise me as to how I can run and see the wharf module, because I understand how to configure it from the base.rc file.
