How do you set $EMail$ to Mozilla's email client?
The windows link is something like "...mozilla.exe -mail" but the variable just loads the browser.

Go here and scroll down a bit, the evars are explained there.

Don't use "...mozilla.exe -mail". Use "...mozilla.exe" -mail.

Won't work in an evar definition.

...\litestep\personal\evars.rc those the variables you meant?

No. I mean the internal variables like $Controls$ $Win98$ etc.
I get some really screwy results sometimes for some of these when I dont believe I've modified anything really different.

well, you can see the built-in variables if you bring up the LS control panel (..\litestep\lscp.exe). but if you want to change/modify them, well, they're built-in(they're not just in a text file like the environment variables), so that would require looking at the code.
