I know it wasn't popular (I believe I'm the only one who ever posted a theme there) but to be completely replaced by ads for dodgy products is a tragedy.

well when a site goes down sometimes ad companies will buy the domain name quickly so they can get traffic from the former users and generate easy revenue.

The truth is that I was pissed. It's back to normal now.. minus the russian subdomain redirect.

Ah, it's back. I thought for sure that because it had been replaced by advertising that the site must have closed down.
