I remember someone asking for a feature to delete comments from their profile and devilboi replied to say that this feature would be added. Since then I've noticed that we can now delete our responses to threads. This seems to be a strange function to have in a forum where normally you would want to preserve a complete thread for future reference. I thought I would point it out incase it was a mistake gone unnoticed.

Hey DrWorm, I was the one who requested that function,(and as yet I have not seen it...). The reason I asked was, I have been working on a theme of my own and in my profile, the first comment I ever recieved is refering to the first of at least 15 screen shots I have put up. My theme is the first I have ever built from the ground up, and comments from my early days of doing remixes of existing themes are now rather obsolete...plus, I have to scroll forever to get to the newest comments...just my opinion, but, I see your point as well.

The delete option may have been added as of late because we have had a rash of double and triple postings, but it should not be there and I will talk to tux on that tomorrow. As for the delete in the profiles...we are still working to find the best way to re-work profiles.
