I am using the Litestep Enhanced Theme from deviantart.com and with the following command an image is placed on the desktop:
*Shortcut "" -204 -53 systray.bmp .none .none !none
What I want is that the image is always on top, and above non-topmost applications. I read all the documentation about it and tried a lot of options but nothing seems to work.
Does anybody has an example, because that's often what I miss in the documentation?
