I added a new SCBAR into my themeevars.txt, made the images, but nothing new showed up. How can I solve this problem of mine?

was your shortcut module loaded by the time you loaded "themeevars.txt". BTW...what is themeevars.txt?

Maybe it's "themevars.rc"?
