The builds do not contain a step.rc - just the LiteStep shell itself. In order to configure the shell, you need to apply a theme, and tell LiteStep where to look for it. You can download one from... right here. Give tenebrae from Maestr0 a try. It's quite user-friendly to use (although I'm sure doing all the behind the scenes stuff was a nightmare - heh =)You might also try Omar's Litestep installer - it will provide you with a theme right from the start. You can change themes later if you'd like.
