Thanks everyone.. I already posted on the popsicle forum.

I was able to work my way around the problem by manually inserting directory and file locations for icons individually through the config files.. not sure why but it wasnt recognizing enlarged icons on my computer for some reason.

I consider this issue resolved as long as I keep inserting manual information through the configs.
