Well, I just tried this, and while the URL only worked in a popup, "$Browser$ http://www.yahoo.com" did not work. However, without quotes (or with, too), it worked from LSXCommand (as did straight "mozilla http://www.yahoo.com"). Probably has a lot to do with the spaces in "program files".
